We process your personal data that falls under the following cate­gories of data:

  • Name/Company,
  • company regis­tra­tion number,
  • contact person,
  • busi­ness address,
  • contact details (tele­phone number, fax number, e‑mail address, etc.)
  • UID number

You have volun­tarily provided us with data about your­self and we process this data on the basis of your consent for the following purposes:

Customer care as well as

  • for the estab­lish­ment, admin­is­tra­tion, and processing of the busi­ness rela­tion­ship as well as
  • for the provi­sion of consulting services and
  • for our own adver­tising purposes, for example for sending offers, adver­tising brochures and newslet­ters (in paper and elec­tronic form), as well as for the purpose of refer­ring to the existing or former busi­ness rela­tion­ship with the customer (refer­ence).

We may not be able to fulfill our mission, or not completely, if you do not provide your personal data.

Legal basis of data processing:

If you are a prospec­tive customer, we will process your contact data for the purpose of direct marketing by sending you elec­tronic mail or contacting you by tele­phone only with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). If you are our customer, we process your personal data because this is neces­sary to fulfill the contract concluded with you (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Apart from that, we process your personal data based on our over­riding legit­i­mate interest in achieving the purposes stated in the before mentioned point (Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO) and on the legal basis of the WTBG 2017 (Art. 9 (2) lit. g DSGVO).

The data provided by you are further­more neces­sary for the fulfill­ment of the contract or for the imple­men­ta­tion of pre-contrac­tual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you.
