We process your personal data that falls under the following categories of data:

You have voluntarily provided us with data about yourself and we process this data on the basis of your consent for the following purposes:
Customer care as well as
- for the establishment, administration, and processing of the business relationship as well as
- for the provision of consulting services and
- for our own advertising purposes, for example for sending offers, advertising brochures and newsletters (in paper and electronic form), as well as for the purpose of referring to the existing or former business relationship with the customer (reference).
We may not be able to fulfill our mission, or not completely, if you do not provide your personal data.
Legal basis of data processing:
If you are a prospective customer, we will process your contact data for the purpose of direct marketing by sending you electronic mail or contacting you by telephone only with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). If you are our customer, we process your personal data because this is necessary to fulfill the contract concluded with you (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Apart from that, we process your personal data based on our overriding legitimate interest in achieving the purposes stated in the before mentioned point (Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO) and on the legal basis of the WTBG 2017 (Art. 9 (2) lit. g DSGVO).

The data provided by you are furthermore necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you.

You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. To do so, please contact us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in some way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, the data protection authority is responsible.
