W\u00e4hrend eines dreij\u00e4hrigen Interim Managements wurde eine neue Unternehmensstrategie umgesetzt, Absatzkan\u00e4le erweitert und Zuk\u00e4ufe get\u00e4tigt. Dies f\u00fchrte zu einer Verdreifachung des Marktanteils.<\/p>\n<p>Erwerb von Anteilen eines b\u00f6rsennotierten Unternehmens im Rahmen einer \u00f6ffentlichen Auktion der rum\u00e4nischen Privatisierungsbeh\u00f6rde.
