W\u00e4hrend eines drei\u00adj\u00e4h\u00adrigen Interim Manage\u00adments wurde eine neue Unter\u00adneh\u00admens\u00adstra\u00adtegie umge\u00adsetzt, Absatz\u00adka\u00adn\u00e4le erwei\u00adtert und Zuk\u00e4ufe get\u00e4\u00adtigt. Dies f\u00fchrte zu einer Verdrei\u00adfa\u00adchung des Marktanteils.<\/p>\n<p>Erwerb von Anteilen eines b\u00f6rsen\u00adno\u00adtierten Unter\u00adneh\u00admens im Rahmen einer \u00f6ffent\u00adli\u00adchen Auktion der rum\u00e4\u00adni\u00adschen Priva\u00adti\u00adsie\u00adrungs\u00adbe\u00adh\u00f6rde.
